Fill out the required information.

Make a copy of a valid photo I.D., such as your driver's license.

Mail it into the Jefferson County Board of Registrars with the copy of your photo I.D.

You can also take it to the Board of Registrars in person.

This form can also be used to update your address.

The deadline to register to vote is 14 days prior to an election.
